I promise, peach soju tastes much better! xD Also I understand you mental breakdown because of the whole Adult-Thing. I had the same thing when I turned 18 (I'm from germany and here you count as an adult, when yoou turn 18). Adulthood is intimidating and we put way too much pressure on ourself in terms of it. When you turn 18 or 21, you don't need to be an expert on how to live life or on how to be an adult or anything like that. Be proud of what you achieved so far and what you're able to do! Also you are at SAIC! Thats amazing. Be proud of yourself, stay hydrated and don't forget to eat well! Have a nice day!

I think I'm subscribed to dozens of art related channels but these days watching your videos gives me a piece of mind, idk, btw now it's 3 minutes to 3 am 😅 I'm not sure about my favorite Pixar movie, maybe Up, and in general, though not exactly my favorite, I think I've seen Matrix more enough times, it makes you think and then fools you into believing that we all actually have a choice when in reality blue or red both pills equally sum up to a perfect recipe for doom.

Thank you so much for these videos, they are really enlightening about what art school is actually like! The one thing I am curious about though is how much of a role the conceptual plays in your classes. All of the art classes I have taken to this point were focused on skills, but when I read reviews of SAIC it seems there are a lot of complaints that the school favors concept over skill. Yet in your videos you are clearly spending a lot of time mastering skills and tools. No one pops out of the womb knowing how to do a Cyanotype! But could you talk a bit more about the class sessions themselves? What do the teachers focus on, how do the crits go?
