I’ve added Shanghai to my list of places to visit because of your content. The Cafe culture seems similar to the one I experienced in Seoul and I’d love to explore new quirky cafes in a new country! Thanks for sharing details about your work too. Absolutely love your content, it’s really relaxing to watch. Keep up the great work! 👋🏾 From London

@JohannesLee - happily, this is our 3rd video for this lazy Sunday date lol! Shanghai is so lucky to have you as an Ambassador! One thing we love about your channel is that you bring your viewers to places that are often not covered by others. And so, your local exposure and market insights are truly helpful for those who consider a move there. Nice to know you paint, too! (I was guessing it but this confirms why I was also attracted to your channel.) FFC is a dream neighborhood, isn’t it? So if we will be there (with universe’s alignment)-it will be hard to choose where to stay! We love everything artistic & cultural but we also love modern skycrapers, lol! The choices we make it…but definitiely such a good problem to have! 😉 Rooting for you and your channel! More blessings!!! 💐🎁💐

welome back! and thanks for the kind words, it's very encouraging...truly! hope you get to move/visit shanghai in the future! I'm biased so FFC is still a preferred option, it's charming, lot of beautiful villas, coffee shops and greenery!

@@JohannesLee your vlogs encouraged us further in considering Shanghai as the potential (next) home-away-from-home! So, thank you, too! 🙏🏽 Indeed, FFC is such a jewel. I could imagine living there for years! Is it too far from Pudong area, like, how many minutes by car during rush hours? Google says 15 mins., is that a realistic estimate? Have fun! 🥳

@@Athena.Indigo it depends...if it's lujiazui which is where the skyscrapers are is just 20 min without traffic. But tbh people prefer to love in puxi (the other side of the river and where ffc is located). It's more charming, less of a concete jungle plus all the nice restaurants are on this side 🤭

@@JohannesLee 20 min travel is not so bad then! And FFC has stronger pull to our hearts! It’s too beautiful, hard to resist! 🙈
