The crying cycle is so real. I had to continue studying a Uni degree and working full time (physically alone in a strange city that I had moved to because of HIM). Therapy once a week literally saved me. And friends checking in via phone. It’s a process. Give yourself time. ❤ You’ll love Sydney- it’s great here!

i was in this exact same position - going through a breakup while being a student (going through exams) whilst managing a store at work, had some therapy because of how awful it all was. its so nice to know we're not alone. time is a healer x

I went through a disgusting awful breakup at the beginning of this year - genuinely felt like someone had died. never thought I'd get over it and thought i was the only person to ever feel this way Anyway, just booked a holiday with my new man who is 10000x more stunning and perfect. trust the process of 'everything happens for a reason' because oh my god it does, and you'll always find someone better suited to you x

KATE I absolutely feel you with the whole acne ordeal! I started my duac journey around the same time you made your first video about duac and I've been following you ever since! My acne has been on and off, I've tried antibiotics (minocycline and doxyclyine) and it'll work but as soon as i got off it, my acne would be back! Now I finally had the guts to see a dermatologist and I got referred Accutane! So far my accutane journey is going well! and i'am wishing you all the best!

winter season is not the one for the skin 😭even after accutane I still get it. We girlies have hormones and it’s natural for our skin to have little breakouts every now and again but it sucks for sure ! ALSO obviously no idea what happened w ur man but I’m in Australia right now! Arrived a week ago and had to leave a relationship behind which was a real struggle and it still hurts. Ultimately you have to be a bit selfish sometimes SO I think u will thank urself in the long run when u can live your best life in Australia 🤍 hopefully we bump into each other hehe. I used to be on duac so feel we may have a similar skin type! I noticed I was getting forehead spots/cheek spots when using products with Tocopherol in them. It’s in some makeup wipes and some makeup and gives me rank under the skin spots that don’t go away!!!! Check ur products xx

Hey I have some acne advice !!! I have suffered with it for years now and I finally have clear skin again after going on road cut and but before I resorted to that I went on so many courses of antibiotics and creams I also was on duac for 2 years on and off but after going to a dermatologist, they told me duac and other topical lotions and antibiotic tablets just treat the symptoms temporarily they will not make a permenant fix so don’t expect this to change your skin for long . Should deffo consider accutane if it continues!

Please don't use Duac acne gel, it makes cancer. I had it in germany to (from my doctor) and when I want to the dermatologist, he told me that it makes cancer, especially on women. U can also read it up
