Hey Aaliyah! I never worked out for the first 27 years of my life. Paid gym memberships, bought gym clothes and equipment, was never regular. I started CrossFit and other group workouts and committed myself to it for sometime. And cut to 5 years later, I am hooked to exercising. I realised group workouts are my thing and helps me stay consistent because you see so many people do it with you. Also helped me made a social life with gym that helped me be regular. I lived on my own too and gym people were my only social circle. Hope this can help you! Hugs!
