Happy Valentines Day Georgia, I've been in a relationship for 15 years and we don't celebrate either lol it's just not that serious so I hope you don't allow yourself to feel down although from the looks of the end of this vlog you're doing just fine :) it doesn't take long to lose your fitness but it also doesn't take long to get it back so try flipping it round and looking at it from that mindset and just keep going x

I have (and still do) struggled with iron levels for my whole adult life, avoiding dairy within 30 mins of eating iron and adding vitamin C when you consume iron (eg capsicum with steak) really helps your body to absorb the iron! Good luck x

Sorry if this is TMI but I had the same issue with every iron infused prenatal while I was pregnant. Stopped me right up! I got a really good probiotic and prebiotic and it helped me stay regular if that doesn’t help take stool softeners for a little bit but once your body adjusts you should be good! Sorry if that was too tmi lol

I have tried so many different iron tablets, and they have all made me constipated, and no matter how long I took them, my body never adjusted. The only brand that didn't make me as constipated was called Maltofer, or the other option could be starting stool softeners
