I find it so funny that you are mopping with Indian style which is so slow and impractical. I agree it might be more healthy as you can get a good workout but you can easily pull your back too.

Yeaaaah, I’m usually using a mop though 😄 I practice yoga almost every day so perhaps it allows me to mop like this every now and then :) I feel like our modern lifestyle (chairs, cars, sedentary habits) is so bad for our bodies and we all need to move not just more but in various ways in our days ✨🎄🦋
