Definitely keep talking about your mental health on your vlogs as it can help so many people including myself. I have also been going through a lot of anxiety lately where it has become so severe. I started taking supplements as well to see if it helps. I am the same way where I don’t really like to show the negative as I don’t like complaining or making people feel bad for me however someone very close to me told me “if they can see you and be around you at your best then they must also be able to stand by you by your worst” just know your not alone and we will all get through these mental health issues together ♥️ Also where do you get your cute jewelry from? I love your necklaces, bracelets and earrings :)
