Hi Anna, I’ve emailed Appointed twice, messaged them on Instagram and also yourself and haven’t heard anything back at all. I purchased your collab kit from them on the 11 Jan, got a message about delays to shipping a few days later and now haven’t heard anything at all. There are comments on your Instagram that suggests items that you previously said were being shipped from the UK are now actually being shipped from the US. Is this true? Is there going to be any official message on this from either you or Appointed? Are we now expected to pay customs? I’m just being ignored by the company at this point so would be good to know after spending quite a bit of money on this. When should I expect my order to ship / arrive? This is so disappointing considering how excited a lot of people were about your collab. This change to shipping has been managed and communicated extremely poorly.

Hi Jodie, I’m so sorry this has happened. More people ordered from the U.K. than expected and so from what I’ve heard is that in order to fulfil all U.K orders some orders have been shipped from the U.S to the U.K via DHL. This has happened to the bits that mark and I ordered for friends and family and I received my order yesterday and did not need to pay customs on it - but obviously it’s arrived later than expected and later than I was told that people in the U.K would receive their orders and that’s not good enough. I’m really disappointed that this has happened and Appointed should be offering refunds for delivery for those affected by the delays if you get in touch via email. Thank you so much for the support, I truly appreciate it and this has been a really learning for me in terms of partnerships and collaborations that I do in the future. I’m so sorry again xx

@@jodicooper8764That's so frustrating! Sounds like it happened due to demand, though, and the UK sales being higher than expected. Hopeful you'll get your package soon with no customs. I am in the US and my By Terry orders come by DHL. Generally in a week and with no customs fees.

I am here for Marks bread! the centimeter butter you were talking about, is in danish is called "tandsmør" which literally translates "tooth butter" because you can see the indent of your teeth in the butter after your bite. At every bakery in Denmark you can ask for a bun buttered with "tooth butter", thought you would love it haha

Love your videos! Quick bread tip-when it’s cold indoors, put the dough in the oven (turned OFF) with the oven light on while it’s rising :) helps get that airy rise on cold days.

For Mark: Taylor & Brød have a proofing box which makes bread making so much more consistent... you can just set the temp and add water to keep it humid.(and it folds flat for storage!! Lol) OR, less control but helps on chilly days: put the bowl on a heating pad on low while the dough rises

Hey Anna! Thanks for the Project 10 Pan update. I appreciate that you talked about poor shade ranges in Chanel and By Terry. Please also take a look at the RMS shade range. Sadly it’s very limited and the distribution of shades is very skewed to light/beige/medium tones.
