I have suffered from moderate cystic acne. I started on 50 mg of spirinolactone and now on 75mg. Definitely has helped. It also majorly helped preventing breakouts from the “purge” stage with tretinoin. Coming from someone who has really bad dry skin, the la roche posay triple repair moisterizer is amazing with tretinoin. Highly highly recommend!❤️

Retin A micro is the best, you will love it. I got it at 26 for acne, still using at 43 mostly for anti aging now. I have some super fine lines under my eyes, no forehead wrinkles. I think that's rare at my age
