It's crazy how little people care about shoelaces. It refreshes their look sooo much! (and it's a lot less expensive to change shoe laces than to buy a whole other pair of shoes just cause your aesthetic changed a bit) I started crocheting my own shoelaces and I get so many compliments! It's also a nice conversation starter if you're too shy to approach people or don't know what to talk about.

It might be weird but as someone with CPTSD, seeing you having "one of those moments" where you just have to do nothing but cope and also be still oozy the next day makes me feel so much better because ! Yes it's a "normal" routine of living with those disorders. I used to push through it (and obviously make it worse and it'd blow up) and accepting my limits was so hard

I have ocd and many people just kinda go "lol what just stop being like that", like they have any CLUE what it's like. This video was really interesting in regards to that; being an outsider to a disorder. It is utterly bizarre to me to watch this and I keep having to remind myself that this is just your experience and you are just living your life, the same way I do things that look wonky as hell to other people but work for me. It's humbling and gives me the perspective I need to not judge other people, so thank you for sharing. ♥️ ps. Glad to see Jer is softening a little over time!
