fellow migraine sufferer here... i feel your pain. i bought a headache/migraine cap from amazon and i use it every time i get any headache. the one i got doesn't stay cold for long though...but the pressure it applies is still good. i recommend!

I love your videos as well. So excellent to hear about you getting the project you wanted with a lovely supervisor, if you get on with your supervisor that's half the thing. I get the zig-zags before a migraine, which isn't very good. Thankfully I don't use bright light which hurts my eyes, which is what a lot of unis and other buildings use. I love watching K-dramas and watching dramas called Dr Cha and Behind your Touch

I get migraines too and they’re pretty rubbish! It affects my sight also and agree, sunglasses are super helpful. I wear them most days in the office when I have a migraine as I find it really helps me Can you chat to your GP about a triptan prescription? These are like a medication you take when the migraine comes on to help resolve it. I also recommend the little kool & soothe patches or a reusable freezable eye mask xxx
