You are so inspiring. I’m literally in a nurse residency program as well, but we just come together and vent and have a group project we have to do. So, honestly it’s not beneficial at all. I have ECCO modules I need to complete and stroke/vent classes that aren’t apart of the residency. I’m an ICU nurse and literally just started in February. Honestly I look at your videos for motivation and consistency
