Thanks for answering my question. I’ve been wondering that for a while. Being from the US I didn’t consider the difficulty of getting Pokemon cards in other parts of the world but Japanese would level the playing field more in your situation. I’m mostly an English collector but I definitely love Japanese exclusives.

They are much easier to resell. I barely started a year ago and have been able to acquire Japanese product much cheaper than English and I live in the u.s. I think it’s because the Yen is weaker than the USD but I have no idea it’s just easier to get Japanese product for me

Buy low sell high if you know a card looks awesome and is going to be wanted even if nobody is buying at that moment think why and if it would change. Right now Umbreon is hot but it wasn't always like that . Charizard was hot but it started to cool of . The next hot cards in my opinion are Darkrai suicune and Espeon
