sometimes parents are unable to constantly look after their children or for example if your mother or father are in the army you may have to constantly move and it is just a lot better to stay in the one place because moving around constantly means that they are going to different schools and making friends as fast as they are losing them

It's much easier to do extra curricular stuff at school and also like you make wayyy more friends because you all like live together :))
