I'm from another country, but your cooking is the best. I'm desperate to be healthy, but I think vegan is the answer. Both of my parents had dementia, so I quit my job and took care of them. Last year, they both passed away after 3 months. It was stressful. My parents passed away, and my body and heart aches a lot. I have a brain aneurysm on my head and two brain aneurysms. I even had hypothyroidism, so I suddenly gained 15kg. Anxiety disorder Panic disorder I'm still suffering from insomnia. It's been a year since my parents passed away, but I'm still in treatment, but it hasn't been long since I started again. I started KZbin, took a walk, and went on a trip because I had the courage to share and communicate. Now I want to be healthy. I hope everyone watching this video is healthy. Please take care of your health first.

Just new to veganism and bit by bit transitioning the family and your recipes are super encouraging…my family will love many of these. Also thank you for using EVOO, I’ve been baffled by why so many vegan “influencers” avoid all oils including EVOO…it’s liquid gold!❤
@welldonewit51298 ай бұрын
There are people who avoid using oil, salt, and sugar so an sos free menu because we have food addiction. Oil (sugar or salt or any combo of them) can be triggering for us and cause us to overeat ☺️ it isn't the devil, it's just makes it tough to continue of a path of mindful eating. You want to eat how it works for you☺️

Your channel is great and gives me more choices. I'm not vegan, but strive for organic ingredients. We are in a rural community, and get organic eggs delivered at $4.00/doz. You have such spirit to experiment with the alternatives. I only have egg substitutes if I can't get eggs. Its ironic, that on my post surgical diet, I am discouraged from eating vegan butters, because of all the additives. I'm off packaged foods, unless they have only a few organic ingredients. I guess it depends why you are adopting a particular eating lifestyle. Mine is to keep my liver and pancreas happy after gall bladder removal. Keep these recipes coming. I can eat most of them! Tofu is on the list.

For the tofu katsu, I've also found air frying them is a good in-between. I don't really like frying things in house, but baking them makes them kinda stiff.. so I found air frying to be just right (:

Vegetarian but love to eat vegan as well. I made traditional tiramisu over the holidays so this is fresh on my mind. The lady fingers look great but the creme mixture in your recipe that is supposed to mimic marscapone needs some serious work. How is that mixture of tofu/yogurt/butter supposed to set up in the fridge?? It’s just a wet and gritty looking mess because of how much water is in those ingredients. It’s no wonder it ended up too wet after refrigerating. I would try to incorporate a vegan whip, reduce the tofu/yogurt/butter and serve extra cold (maybe give it 30 min in the freezer to stiffen up the whip even more).

The melancholy is real! So many people I've spoken with these past couple of weeks were having a hard time feeling the holiday spirit. I spent the almost the whole month of December battling a terrible thumb infection that developed into an abscess. Not feeling well and not being able to really use my right hand pulled the plug on most of my holiday plans. Watching Sarah's videos really helped me get through the rest of December. I am looking forward to when I'll have full use of my hand so I can try re-creating some of Sarah's recipes. I really want to try her deconstructed egg roll dish and her recipe for vegan deli slices. That lemon orzo soup looked absolutely delicious.

Probably going to borrow Putting coffee in the curry I like the sound of that. If you want your curry to be a little bit creamer, Try putting in a couple of coconut milk ice cubes and some nutritional yeast I also put in a little A little bit of rice vinegar for tang, but I bet the ketchup as well. Also, if you can get a hold of the extra hot curry it has so much flavor and really isn't very spicy at all

Where are your beautiful aprons from? Especially the pink one? It it lovely!
I loved each and every one of these recipes, wow! I am definitely trying the stuffed shells (have been thinking of them for weeks :D) and I love you made them together, so special. The cinnamon rolls looked so so decadent too - might take the first place o my go-to recipe list! Also, my mum has been veganizing SO MANY of our family recipes using aquafaba it's crazy how great it works as an egg replacement. She does usually add extra butter/oil to make up for the lack of egg yolk but they work so great when you figure out the perfect ratios! Tiramisu has been my fave dessert for years too and I miss it from time to time but having so many nice vegan cream options (we have a great whippable one too!) these days I might actually try the ladyfinger recipe with your suggestions to see how it plays out! Well, this is a long comment but this video just clicked for me :D I really love your content and I cannot wait to hear/see more from you soon! Lots and lots of love for you and Eric!
