Tonight, I tried making the broccoli potato soup, with a couple of modifications: I used half broccolini and half cauliflower since that's what I had, and I added about a cup of shredded Violife cheddar. I used oat milk and also added a little bit of TJ's vegan garlic spread. It came out really well, at least my non-vegan boyfriend just downed a bowl! Bringing the rest of it to my non-vegan relatives' for Thanksgiving. You guys are so great--I enjoy your humor and affectionate relationship to each other and always get great inspiration/advice from you! Thank you!

I'm so game to try these. Been looking for a broccoli potato type soup and LOVE the addition of the tofu. Question for you: Do you have any tips on how to use frozen broccoli in a way where it is NOT a watery end product? I'm thinking soup would be best, but would appreciate reading your thoughts. Been stocking some of the frozen veggies lately cuz they are often cheaper and I love frozen fruit and even frozen spinach has its place, but I'm having trouble with the broccoli. Thanks in advance!

What did you serve with that stuffed roll that you made? I’m not sure what it was, I may have missed it when you said what it was and I also didn’t see what you serve with it afterwards. Was that meant to be like a turkey roast? In the beginning of that section you were talking about what roast you liked the best and then it went into showing how to make this so I’m just not sure if that was a kit or if it’s your recipe?
