Just ran and pulled out ground meat to make that taco bake tonight for dinner. Going to pull out a roast to do the Mississippi roast tomorrow or the next day. I’ve never tried that but have seen it done before. I bet the leftovers would make great beef sandwiches. Thanks for the inspirations.

Yes, they make fantastic sandwiches the following day. We often times enjoy it that way
