I caught this earlier, but somehow, the comment didn't save. 2nd take: This list is Excellence Personified! My only slight tweak (this is just me personally), I prefer Nemer over Dasman. I also understand that you, too, love Nemer but want to offer other options. I love Nemer so much, there are nights I spray it on to sleep. Love the Rose/Oud combo 365 days a year. For me I do a month long Rose/Oud celebration in February. Be Well! Cheers! 🎉🎉🎉😊

What a worthy conversation to have. This wasn't an experiment...it was an experience. Since wearing Oud/Rose fragrances I've come to this conclusion (on me) there's no better duo. Dior Oud Ispahan is my favorite.

My favorites from my collection are 1. Amber Aoud 2 Silk Oud Extrait 3. Oud Extrait 4. Alexandria II 5. Nemer 6. Ombré Nomade 7. Oud Satin Mood 8. Ardent 7. More Than Words 9. Oud Rose Intense (Fragrance Dubois) 10. Perfect Oud (Mizensir) SOTD was Ardent. Great wearing experience.

Another excellent video with a stellar list of fragrances. Another Rose-Oud fragrance that I would strongly suggest is Opulentia Oud from Tomavicci. IMHO, I like it even better than Oud Satin Mood Extrait.

Also, I love how, at times, the Rose takes the front seat, and then at other times, the Oud is the star. All in all, they are the Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire of the abstract partnership. Ying and Yang factor.

What’s the difference between Nemer and Pearl Oud? I’ve smelled Pearl Oud and quite like it but don’t have a chance to smell Nemer

Very minimal difference…. Nemer feels a bit sweeter
