Each week night, THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN throws the ultimate late night after party with a mix of celebrity guests, edgy musical acts, games and sketches. Corden differentiates his show by offering viewers a peek behind-the-scenes into the green room, bringing all of his guests out at once and lending his musical and acting talents to various sketches. Additionally, bandleader Reggie Watts and the house band provide original, improvised music throughout the show. The format now is so much better than the old one. One guest makes it easier on your booker. Nick is a great add as a foil. The increased interplay with everyone on the set is a great add. I’m really not sure you need a live audience. Steve’s intro to the news with a different keyboard lick is a schtick that can quite some time (look at James on Fallon during “thank you notes). THIS show is SOOO much better than it was pre-Covid!
