Hey Mel! We keep small appliances that we use often, but not everyday (things you wouldn’t necessarily want sitting on the counter) such as a coffee grinder, toaster, food processor etc. Easy to access and close by!

Basic pantry foods are what we keep in our corner cupboard like canned food, protein powder, flour, oats etc. Ive seen others keep baking dishes & tupperwear. Basically anything that’s easier to access when its not stacked on itself

Hey Melissa! A tip for melting the butter: put a pot with water on the stove and when it comes to boiling you put a bowl with the butter above it (obviously the bowl should be something that can reach high temperatures). I think it's called water bath but i'm not sure. I don't have a microwave in my house but i'm totally fine with that! Have a nice day xx

I keep all my baking and spices and oils in my lazy susan because it’s right next to my stove. I also have smaller lazy Susan’s inside for my spices and then I put all the bigger jars and boxes facing out so when you spin it everything faces you 😊

I have one of those corner-cabinet-Lazy-Susan things and I have my appliances I don’t want on the counter: crock pot, instant pot, non aesthetic stuff ya know! Love the vlogs and you and the pups! 🐕 💖

OH TIP! in that white cupboard in the laundry room under the bug spray you should make two backpacks for emergencies filled with batteries, canned stuff, flashlights, first aid kit etc etc etc, my mom always made sure to have a few kicking around the house!

My corner cupboard with the lazy Susan held my Tupper ware so it was less of a habit to throw things around and keep it more organized because it swivelled easily!!

If you already have a place for everything in the kitchen, I would use the lazy susan for a baking station. All things baking can go in there and that’s always so fun :)

those corner lazy susan cabinets are great for tupperware and like togo containers, that way you can see all of it and reach everything. it helps me a lot with not losing the matching lids haha

With regards to the snake plant I would repot it into new dry soil and then just leave it the roots to dry for abit before watering it again

Since you asked, I actually have to agree that the clear soap dispenser somehow just suits the bathroom better. I found replacement heads for my soap dispenser at Bed, Bath and Beyond but it just so happened that it matched perfectly with what I have and I'm not sure what kind of variety they sell. Amazon would probably be your best bet!

I like the more traditional silver and clear glass soap dispenser. Suits the space more I think. It’s so cute that you got his car detailed. I did that a few years back. I took it to the dealership and it was a small fortune. They did a great job though.

Get a butter dish and leave a block of butter in it out on the counter or somewhere. It lasts a LONG time out of the fridge. I've always grown up having a butter dish out that is always soft.

To soften butter, I boil water and pour it in a cup or pot, and then put the bowl of butter over mug or pot and it melts it within 10 minutes (depending on how much you’re using)

I’ve softened butter before by heating up the bowel/Pyrex jug first in the oven, then putting the butter in there. The bowl will be cooling down when it’s out of the oven so it won’t fully melt the butter, just soften it 😊

Dogs actually do see color. They just don't see as many as we can. Humans are trichromatic, meaning we have 3 types of cones in our eyes, and that's where we get our 3 primary colors: red, blue and yellow. Dogs are dichromatic, so they only have 2 types of cones and only have 2 primary colors: blue and yellow.

Omg I can already tell there is a energetic shift when you’re filming. I feel like you’re more yourself when Your boyfriend isn’t around.
