I get migraines from lights and that stuff, make sure you turn ur screen lights all the way down, avoid looking at glares and if you can get dimmable ceiling lights.

It might help your headaches if you put a soup can under your neck and just lay on the floor with it like that for like 10 minutes a day. That’s what helps me. Plus lots of stretching!
