I had a feeling it was the Edisto when you started out on the boat. Big Daddy grew up on that river and we moved to Branchville a few years back (well our home base is there but we are on the road most of the year) Nice to see a bit of home and love your floating cabin... Yay, let the adventures begin! Nice mix of projects & relaxation! See all the ventilation, living inside but outside, does that help keep everything from becoming mildew & fuzzy? Been wet year, yard floods & fight moisture in house so curious. I'm just north of you, NMB, so humidity plays into it too!

Moisture is a battle. We have learned to only use outdoor cushions and pillows. They do fine. Anything made for indoor use will eventually mildew. We also can't leave any bedding there because it will grow mildew too. But having everything screened keeps the airflow moving and that helps a lot!
