I'm so sorry about your loss. If Boeing could get their shit together these scandals with their company and their planes wouldn't keep happening. They're just lucky nobody got sucked out of that window. But even if you can't always get there, the people you love know you care and you tried and that's what matters, and sometimes everything else is out of our control.
