Dear Jenna, such a beautiful and worth seeing video! I'm sorry that cleaning your Birkenstock Gizeh didn't work out. I would search "Desert Birkenstock" here on KZbin: there is a true Birkenstock Whisperer who has a shop and gives really top notch tips, unfortunately a lot of the rest here is more myth than real advice. Did you buy new ones in Germany? I also live in my Birks :) Best regards 👣🤎😎

I didn't buy new ones because I thought I would try and see if I could fix them, but then didn't end up wearing them for a long time!
