My mum used to make the chicken soup similar but with small pasta called pastina (Italian) with small meat balls and my dad was like your dad domesticated washing up cooking etc... Thank you so much, Brigette ❤️ I'm so glad you enjoyed it 🙏 The recipe is pretty much what I showed in the vlog - quite simple: Boil chicken in seasoned water until cooked - about 1 hour. Remove chicken and squeeze with fresh lemon and extra salt if needed. Cover and set aside. Strain broth until clear. Add extra water and salt and bring broth to the boil. Add shell pasta and cook until al dente. Serve with grated haloumi!
