Originally from Liverpool, me (Andrew The KnightStrider) and Laura moved to Tenerife in the Canary Islands 6 years ago, and enjoy showcasing the island and our general life as well as travelling abroad when we can!
Join us today as i take Mum and Dad to Jungle Park in Chayofa Tenerife for a Wild and Fun experience! Jungle Park is a great way to spend a few hours learning about wildlife such as Birds, Sea Lions and Meerkats! We even did a very fun Bobsled ride- highly recommended! They have a fantastic Bird show which starts at 12:30 and also a wonderful Sea-Lion show at 13:30- don’t miss them!

Just re watched again. Reminded me of our trip there last year we had an amazing time. We went on the bob and my son didn’t break towards the end and went flying out the track, he was totally fine just a bruised ego haha loved minute. We will definitely be going back 😊

We brought the kids there a lot when they were smaller. As you say a great trip on a dull day. The place is looking much better too. Love the toboggan. Glad you enjoyed it. xx

I remember going there with my late mother, years ago. Bird show is great for photographers. While we were there one bird decided to go to Los Chris, and this was before they had trackers! The staff all shot off in vehicles to try and find it. There were rumours at the time that small pet dogs and cats went missing occasionally from balconies in Las Americas and Los Christianos due to such forays by these birds. When you see the size of those birds, you can see why!

That was fair braw (really lovely) to watch. Loved the Bob sleigh bits too. Looked like a great day out and reasonably priced ( no too dear). Been a dull (dreich) day here but would have been fed up (scunnered) if we’d had a storm ( blawin’ a hoolie). Thanks again for sharing and bye for now (cheerio the noo). About the BOB... Ha ha, was there a weight limit??? Big fun again 👍 At first didn't think it went that fast. We have had lots of great days there. First went at least 23 years ago when my dad had a timeshare up in chayofa we used the see the eagles flying over from the show .

Last time I went to jungle park I fell onto a load of cactus,completely ruined my holiday the ones that stuck in my hands got infected and I was in agony!Apart from that it was a great day out,beautiful gardens and breathtaking views.Must say I don’t think it’s worth the 28 euros.Lora park is much better and value for the money!
