Question... at 5:52, you were dealt KJKJ2... you kept the KJKJ to go for the full house... would it not have been better to keep KKJ2 since J2 adds up to 13 and you draw 1 card for the fast 4s?

That is a good question, I will have to consult the strategy. But my gut says the guaranteed money from the two pair is better but I will check

I just looked it up and they are close but the 2 pair edges it out. 2 pair is rank 19 on the strategy chart and pair with 2 cards that add up is 21 on the chart
