No matter which camera you use, I love your style of shooting and your excellent composition skills. No matter the conditions your images always impress me. This video is a perfect example, since many people (including me) would not care to go out shooting in these conditions, but you clearly showed that there are some images to get even here. So thanks showing us around!

For years now my favourite combo is the panasonic G9 + Olympus 12-40 f2.8. Two years ago I upgraded to a Fuji XT-4 with the 16-55 f2.8. Well 80% of the time I still use my G9 because size und ergonomics are so much nicer with that combo.

I've never really got micro 4/3rds. I've been watching this channel because regardless of what challengers a location presents, there are usually loads of inspirational pictures and inspiration on how to find your own pictures, instead of the long winded lectures from photographers about what pictures and conditions that they want to get out of a location, and then how they wished the location and conditions had been different.

I really like my EM1 MKII. Just for fun, I bought an adapter to mount my Leica M lenses on to my EM1 MKII. This morning I tried my Leica 75mm F2 APO-Summicron on the little EM1. After I set the lens focal length for IBIS to work, and assigned the Focus Magnify button, I could not believe how much this lens could resolve wide open at F2. Breathtaking is not the word. Now I understand why I paid so much money for it when it first came out. I think that I will reserve it for those special portrait ocassions. Nice to watch another video of yours. Thank you.

Back in the day I discovered that having a (good) bulky Nikon setup on the motorbike was a bit much and got on with the m4/3, first Panasonic and later an Olympus OM10 Mk2 using an Olympus 17mm, I used for years on the bike, took photos all over eastern europe with it. Then I went to Nikon FF and later acquired an X-T3. When I look at my m4/3 photos I find them more interesting to look at than the ones short with my X-T3, also I remember being more satisfied using the camera - of cause neither of them compare to an Nikon FF setup (but the size, the size!!).

Fuji there are only a few zooms I like because I don't want the extra weight. For wedding photography I use the Olympus 12-40mm f2.8 and decided to not to get the Panasonci 12-5mm f2.8 for the extra 5mm for portraits. And I went with the Panasonic 35-100mm f2.8 over the Olympus 40-150mm f2.8 because its smaller and liter.

Thank you for another entertaining video. Simply cannot understand why subscribers would leave a channel, particularly one like your own which does not concentrate on product reviews or feature sets etc, simply because you decided to introduce another camera manufacturer into the mix. As for future projects, you know yourself and hint at so much, the list is endless: National Trust Properties - opportunities for sub division there to make a project manageable and avoid the crowds. Cathedrals of course. Regional City Centre Railway Station Interiors Heritage Railways The Tin Mines of West Cornwall - you might like those - gritty but frequently set against the coast with lots of opportunities depending on the seasons and the weather. Spring - late March to Mid May is particularly good. Late September to end October too and don’t forget the ruins to be found inland too. Best, Ps used Olympus four thirds and now micro four thirds since coming back to the hobby around 1997 and my Pentax ME Super took a fall and repair was uneconomical. The newer OM-1 is a step up on my em-1 mk3. The lenses balance better too and it’s easier to customise to get to the various computational features etc more quickly.

A project on Welsh castles. Lighthouses of England and Scotland. The graffiti of London. Nighttime cathedrals....etc. There's some suggestions :) I like my EM-1 as well, but I can't understand why people would want to unsubscribe from your channel just because you bought an X-T5. It's not about the cameras it's about your photography. The camera equipment only compliments the photos. People can be weird.

Nice video Craig. The 12-40 f 2.8 lens is a cracker and you put it to good use. There are certain camera and lens combos that just work. I love the G9 with that lens and can carry it in my hand all day. If I am wanting more megapixels i use my venerable Pentax K1 and the 35mm FA lens which seems almost like a zoom when you have 36 megapixels to play with, but is small and light and just works with the heavy camera. No one should only use one system, all cameras have advantages and disadvantages but there is a lot of fun to be had trying different things for different purposes, isn't there? Keep up the good work. What about country churches for your next project? I have just started doing my local rural ones and am enjoying it..

BEAUTIFUL SHOTS! Absolutely LOVE my Olympus 12-40mm F2.8 on my Lumix G85. I have a collection of lenses but this lens is on my camera 80% of the time and I love it. EDIT: What do you typically do with overcast shooting days? I struggle not having the sky blown out. Usually am pretty loathe to photoshop a sky replacement... :(

Good composition and interesting video, l use a Gx80 and 12-32 zoom. I can never decide if I like the 4x3 ratio or use a 3 X 2 crop frame, Fuji image frame mixed with Olympus frame do you make them the same in post? I notice the hot show spirit level, a neat design, is that an add on accessory? If so where is it sold?

I like your presentational style. I also like the places you visit, many being quite local to me. I have a question though. I use an Olympus EM1 III and am considering an upgrade. The Fuji x-t5 appeals to me, as does the OM1, and I notice you use both Fuji and Olympus systems. What makes you choose one over the other when you go out of the door?

@peterking1499

@@e6Vlogs Thanks Craig. I have no complaints about the IQ of my EM1 III, my only reason for considering the x-t5 is the higher pixel count and with it the ability to crop more. Interesting comment you have in your video about creativity, regarding using a prime, then cropping. I have some primes, but thy mostly lay unused as I favour zooms for their flexibility. It seems the x-t5 might open a few doors for me. BTW I have just subscribed to your v6 site, ...looks interesting.

I love the peaceful reaffirmation of the peacefulness of photography and how cameras and lenses are tools such as any painters brushes. I'm so over with the penis envoy and constant measurement of sensor sizes. especially when such a small minority use the large sensor s to their fullest. especially when between 20 and 30 megapixils is considered the best overall size. loved the castles such great images in a setting where it can be very difficlt to pull out good images when everything is so flat and one dimensional
