I have struggled with SAD (seasonal affective disorder) since I was young. I have found taking some extra vitamin D3 has helped a lot. I also use a sun lamp sometimes, and that helps you make your own D3. Apparently, SAD is caused by a deficiency in D3 so it makes sense. I apologize for the unsolicited advice, but I have a drive to help everyone ❤😂

Hi beautiful woodland Alwyn fairy, Just a tip. When you bring smaller items into your home from the forest, you can put them in the microwave for around 30 seconds to kill off any unwanted critters. You can also dry your garden flowers using the microwave. It's a very helpful tool to ensure your home isn't overrun with those tiny woodland creatures. I know you use the lemon/cinnamon spray but that don't last very long. Wishing you the very best. Lots of love and positive energy.

Another spectacularly relaxing video, Alwyn! Ususally if I don't watch these right when they're posted, it's because I'm saving it for when I have some uninterrupted time to sit with my tea/coffee ;) My autumn bucket list I suppose is to do some decorating for Samhain, bake some treats, and go on many hikes in the woods. Love your creativity, especially with the wood! You were so right to change the light colored wood to darker. Transformed it. The light would just have perpetuated the same theme you had going previously, whereas the dark gave way to new attitudes. Genius. The decorations you made on the apothecary was spot on. Sooooo right about the stag horn turning into a goddess reclining. One of my favorite photographing sessions was of a wonderful spot I discovered just driving by. I christened it the Faerie Grotto. Bright Blessings my dear Alwyn always a pleasure to watch your Magical videos I have had a really rough time since last year as my wonderful mum passed away last March, she was so amazing as she lived until she was 103 and I miss her every day being her carer for the past 15 years it has left a very big whole in my life. Alwyn you have lifted my spirit and on those dark times been like a friend who has given me hope for the future, I am thinking of starting Crystal Healing again as I use to practice but when my mum became more frail I had to stop, thank you and so glad you retrieved your grandma's ring. I love your channel. You are very yourself and unique thank you for being you. I love what you said about making potions. My children use to do this. Its funny because the class room had a bathroom and my little one filled the sink with bubble and flowers and suprised her teach as a gift with it. I got a phone call and she said it was a gift because she loved her teacher.
