Hello from Canada. I love your collection of cutoffs. LOL. You have more wood pieces there than all the pieces I have worked with in my life. Nice dovetail joints. There is something magical when a piece of dark walnut and a piece of maple or cherry joined together. Beautiful work.

Thank you so much for your kind words, haha. Yes, I do love keeping my cutoffs-it's hard to throw them away! There really is something magical about the combination of dark walnut with maple or cherry; each wood brings its own charm. I'm glad you liked the dovetail joints as well-it's always a fun challenge, but very rewarding😋

It's a wonderful video with a skilled artisan. Please be careful around that blade though; your fingers are too close for comfort sometimes, especially when you grab off-cuts from behind a spinning blade. As a general rule, we stay at least 12cm away from the blade at all times on a table saw. I know it's not fun to hear this, but in my shop I would have confronted you about it. Please stay safe.
@Montwood-woodworkinggirl2 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for your kind words and advice! I truly appreciate your concern for my safety. You're absolutely right-I should be more careful. I'll make sure to keep my hands at a safer distance and follow the 12cm rule in the future. Safety is very important, and your feedback helps me improve. Thank you again✔💖
