Im a swimming teacher and it can be quite draining working several hours in the water, but so rewarding aswell. Teaching children to be safe in the water is vital! So its amazing your part of that. ❤

Hi Jay ~ i’ve just wanted to say hello to you all - I suffer with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and lupus and partially sighted, I’m either bedbound, or wheelchair bound ~ I live in a rehabilitation centre ~ I think you’re all very inspirational and motivated, I have physiotherapy twice a week And I’m currently doing bicep curls I also have bed exercises to do - sending loads of love and loads of hugs to you all ~ Xxx Xxx

I think that you & Ash make an Outstanding couple. It’s wonderful that you work so well together and we’re Friends before anything else. This is a really good foundation to start with.
