Yay synchronicity feels so nice! Keep going with your videos, you will get better at articulating and externalising your thoughts over time. I used to be terrible at it but gradually it became easier as I learnt to be more vulnerable and got more comfortable in myself. Slow, steady and don't force it. Things will come naturally
