Love this! I downloaded the digital workbook years ago when I first stumbled onto your content but it only got partially done and lost in the digital clutter of notability or good notes or some other digital app. Just purchased a hard copy so I can have it in my physical presence inspiring me to enjoy the activities. Analog > Digital. ❤

ADHD brain here too! 🙋🏽‍♀ Visual thinking and more so visually explaining is CHANGING EVERYTHING about how well I'm understood by others. This is such a valuable skill for neurodivergent people.
