There’s no doubt he has feelings for her or at least cares very deeply about her. I mean he’s the only original T.O. that’s stayed with their rookie, even though he had an opportunity to leave. Not that Angela doesn’t care about west (and Talia was written off the show and ‘left Nolan’) but Tim just has that special connection with Lucy, a relationship that’s different than all the other ones he’s had with his rookies (Also the composition of this video is amazing! I loved every moment of it, all the cuts between scenes and all the looks Tucy give each other. Chenford is endgame😌)

See, there are so many people making up reasons why they shouldn’t be together, but this beautifully edit video just proves them wrong. He cares about her and she cares about him. The way they look at each other isn’t how people who are “just friends” look at one another. I’m hoping for a season finale realization. I think this last episode opened something up for Chenford. Maybe Lucy playing that “prank” on Bradford could have made him realise that he actually feels something for her

I missed the episode but I watched today, he does have feelings for Lucy very much but he don't want mess the partner relationship on duty and off duty. I seen clips, they hang out in groups and how he talks to her then he said to Lucy about her ex isn't the right guy for her. The prank of Lucy FEELING, and last night episode from Lopez wedding store scene. LUCY Y TIM WAS 💖💖👀 TO EACH OTHER.. I haven't watched this part of a scene from the show yet. Where Tim and his date, Lucy with hers at a restaurant. How Lucy knows that Tim doesn't like mushrooms, the way they complete each other sentences to explain a story, and the way they just seem to be the only two of them at the table. I kinda want a scene where they exchange phones, for idk what reason, and notice a folder of both of them together. Like the pranks, funny things that happened on the job, etc.
