I got my Thrasher on the original kickstarter campaign. It is still awesome! The boat is built like a tank and has been through a lot over the years. It travels so much better than a prop driven boat, I can just toss it in the trunk or storage bin and it is fine. And yes Scott handles all of the customer service stuff himself and has been super helpful the few times that I've had an issue.

The best boat just got better!😎🤘 I've been fortunate enough to have tested the Thrasher 27 with the new cavitation plates. He hit another home run with cav plate design. It increases torque, speed and control, all with zero porpoising!! Do yourself a favor and buy this boat if you live by any river or lake, you won't be disappointed guaranteed!

I picked up a V1 when the V3 was released from eBay, dude took me because it wasn't as shown. I had to replace many parts. But I also picked up a V3 last year. I love them both. I do own a sonicwake 36, blackjack 42, even an old Miss Budweiser. They are all awesome for different reasons. But there is no comparison between them.

You would have much higher expectations from other manufacturers after owning one of these. Everything is so carefully thought out, and laid out. It’s hard to even call it a rtr because that’s kind of an insult to this boat lumping it in with all the garbage companies are selling as rtr.

Realistically they aren’t that bad. Nothing to upgrade no failed parts to replace no maintenance to perform and nothing too big for it. 50 packs thru it and I haven’t spent another cent on it. 20ft waterfalls no problem, bouncing off rocks it doesn’t matte this thing is nuts

I'm telling you, I never thought I was a boat guy until we started jet boating. When you can bash off rocks and logs etc it's a whole new ball game. And white water is so dynamic it's like an RC truck but the ground is moving too!!

there is a really nice jet sprint style 3d printed model you can get that works amazing called the m jetsprint. and the designer of that one is working with some other guys making a bigger even more improved jetsprint style 3d printable jet boat. the thrasher is obviously sick and far more durable but you cant beat being able to print spare parts out when you need them and having the satisfaction of building it yourself. proton rc is the channel that has some information about it and a prototype running video.

I put a small fin on my jet drive for a little steering off power. It's on the side of the tube and goes upwards. It's mounted to a thin aluminum o-ring so it's removable.

I have the Thrasher Jet Boat and I’ll tell anyone if you can get this boat you will not be disappointed . This boat kicks ass it kills my buddies Nitro boat with ease if the lake is calm this will shoot roosters 25ft back . I had a problem with my boat I contacted Scott and he walked me through it till I understood with out a problem
