This mod is my new favorite vic2 mod. Based on my experience playing as poland, you could get a bunch of more accepted pop in balkan (croatian, bulgarian, serbian iirc) also you could get a decision to puppet the whole germany if you manage to sphere them all. Last time I played this mod, I managed to unite Indochina as a merchant republic with japanese as accepted culture, pretty challenging and fun

When I look for a nation to play, I found out that you could form Indochina as Sainantan, which accept japanese as their acceptep pops. The strategy is to just declare war on day 1, Sainantan has more fleet than the whole Japan. With constant war and keep conquering small countries in SEA, you could gain a lot of research points and westernised by 1940's. The biggest obstacle would be Guangseo, the south chinese nation with partial westernisation, don't let them become to strong or you would never be able to defeat them

Believe it or not, it wasnt. Jupiter just drew up the idea one day then recruited some ppl to help flesh it out. Much of the EU4 tier larp is bc we wanted the P.O.D's to, as much as possible, not be ck2 era bc that would be too alt hist wanky.

A significant amount of the inventors key to the industrial revolution were Scottish. Without Scotland England would have amounted to significantly less. In return we exterminated the Highlanders, banned their culture and made their language into a dialect that we then mocked. Given that they own a good number of areas in Britain that have resources necessary for the industrial revolution like coal in Newcastle it's actually a pretty good alt history there.
