It is a Beef Wellington, which is a tenderloin filet covered in a layer of cremini mushroom/onion/garlic mix and baked in a pastry dough. A delightful classic dish. Also, Whistlingwoman647 is correct if you are French, ala' 'Boeuf en Croute'. Same thing.
