She had fully grown up as a player by 2015, you just were too blind to see it. She should have held Wambach’s starting forward spot since 2015 and played in partnership with Alex Morgan. It bugs the hell out of me that this did not happen. This is so much common sense.

She is so much more of a complete player than any of the forwards. She has the ability to create shots with body feints and ball control, and nobody can bend it like Christen!

Press has grown so much since 2015 that she now deserves a starting spot. She deserves to start next to Morgan and sometimes I do prefer her over Morgan. Yea she used to be a super sub but the girl has grown and has gotten so much better with her vision and her crosses, I'm impressed. She's become one of the best on field presences to have in almost every game. jill needs to wake up before 2019. I refuse to see press on the bench over Williams who doesn't do anything for this team. Williams has a lot to learn and I'm baffled that she's getting so much playing time when a rookie press never got this and still even at her best, isn't getting this.
