You should try it. Crazy that I’m telling you to enjoy the outside world. Dang. What a world, huh.? I don’t even use Instagram. I watch KZbin, play games, and read WEBTOONS. I need a limit. I don’t want to look at my screen time. I will after posting the comment tho. Guess that’s now

Son this world is nothing but an illusion. It's okay to compare- I have fallen into these TRAPS ( that are from satan) because his aim is to destroy whatever is GOOD. To keep on putting thoughts into our minds so we get SO BUSY having feelings of sadness, regret, hating others and sometimes ourselves, our lives to DIVERT our attention- from being Greatful, thankful in everything we have right now. Feeling complete BLISS in the NOW. And so SELF TALK becomes relevent:: Right now remind yourself what you have RIGHT NOW. And Thank God/ universe That you still have Eyes to see, mouth to eat, fingers to type, tongue to taste. Legs to walk, skin, ears, hair, nails. You are not in hospital dying helpless/ being tortured in jail trapped. Do you even realise how BLESSED YOU ARE. Even if you didn't end up with your soul mate or the job you really wanted or brought the car/ house you wished for?. Comparing yourself and beating yourself down means that you ARE NOT GREATFULL for what you have. You are telling the Universe this. There are people I personally know who don't own their homes or drive a Ferrari but they are very thankful for everything they have. This is VERY important.

Great video! I’ve deleted all social media gradually over the years to the point where I have nothing but WhatsApp and KZbin left. I actually enjoy the reaction from people when you tell them you have no social media...they look at you as if you are an alien, some even refuse to believe you could possibly be happier without it all.

I deleted social media a little over two months ago and since then I have actually made so much progress with my mental health and self image, been happier with myself and my marriage, I’ve started taking better care of myself, lost significant weight for my physical well being, been enjoying my hobbies and getting into new ones. I spend so much of my previously wasted time on things that make me happy now, instead of doom scrolling! so thankful for this choice and I’m glad to see it has improved others lives as well. it can be lonely at times but I’m finding so much more happiness in being alone with myself and my thoughts. I also listen to youtube videos and podcasts so I feel like I’m not alone! haha

Hello everyone, I deleted my social media accounts 84 days ago, it was a difficult choice and it took me a lot of time to make it, but I did it 😀 Now I have more time to read books to learn new skills and to communicate better with my family. One of the things that I benefit most from is to think more deeply and look at things more positively. Thank you

I've noticed that ever since I deleted Instagram, my life has gone SO MUCH better and my confidence went up again, don't feel like anyone's judging me anymore and i feel like i can just be myself around people. When I had Instagram, it felt like I was isolated, being judged and it overall gave me bad luck because I also noticed I was losing followers which hurt. All I'm saying is, it's just a waste of time.

Loved this video! A few days ago, I decided to delete all of my accounts, since I was very worried about my privacy, and to be honest, I don't really want to know what other people are doing. Social media is incredibly addictive and a complete waste of time. When I watch the news, they only say ¨This celebrity, or that person showed his/new car/tattoo, etc to his/her 1000000 followers¨ or ¨X person stopped following Y¨, as if it was something highly important, or something that´s going to change the world. Life is more beautiful when you dedicate time to those things that you are passionate about, or when you spend quality time with the ones you love. Social media is toxic, it's dangerous.
