Fun fact: Atif Aslam wrote and composed this song when he was a member of Pakistani Rock band, Jal. This single got released in 2003 and gained popularity. The same year, Atif Aslam left the band due to creative issues with the member Goher Mumtaz and to persue his solo career. It was still undecided who gonna hold the rights of the songs they together made. So, they decided to equally share rights and later hit songs like Adat, Door Jitna Bhi, Wo Lamhe and etc. featured in 2004 Jal's debut album and in some Bollywood movies too.
