I have an Alcatel from Vodacom Alcatel 1 5033G, I need the original Firmware, it no longer opens or loads, but when I connect it it shows that the engine is responding. any solution for this? I'm using CM2 dongle.

it's depend on the situations mediatek phone shows the info with test point and qualcomm shows with edl points and one other way you can open phone back every board have a serial no search serial no on google
