I got some replacement belts but they're not as stretchy as yours. Should I get some new ones? Maybe the rubber dried up.

My shake out bag is blowing dust out the top where it slides in. Should I just replace the bag or the clip?

I would get a new bag. But just check before you buy one that you are folding the bag correctly and you are sliding it all the way to the end.

It’s the fan. Replace both that & the pulley.

Good question. It is a SANITAIRE 30563B Belt, most hardware stores carry them.
