Media has hyped it. He may get maximum of 7 years, with good lawyers etc it may end up to 3- 5 years. Pavitra Gowda may get 1 to 2 years. Darshan's involment cannot be ruled out. People will also forget this, its all upto Dharshan how he will place himself post the released. Look at Sanjay Dutt, Dharshan is much better than Sanjay Dutt. Dharshan might get bail post 8 to 15 months.

Sanjay Dutt had weapons in his house and he never fired a single bullet from it, and moreover his father was a Cabinet minister at central level at that time, and even then on and off he was in jail for several years, just for possession of arms. In this case he is A2 in a 3rd degree unaliving, His life is doomed completely for sure, looking at the exemplary investigation and extremely strong evidences and because he has rivalry with almost everyone, I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets 14 years to life term imprisonment. Regardless what a waste of life.

@@Bratwurstboy Sanjay dutt had a weapon which was barred as per TADA, if it was a common man then he would have been declared a terrorist. How many people lost their life in that bomb blast. The crime was heinous. It was against the entire society, it's an act against the country where he lived. It was an act against those innocent lives who were not even connected to him. If it was as Salman, Aamir or Sharuk Khan they would be been labelled as terrorists. But someone Sunjay Dutt escaped and was only charged 4 years for possessing arms under arms and ammunition Act. Everyone knows that it's was Bala Saheb who helped them to get out of TADA. Despite all his involvement and despite exceptional influence they ensured that he wasn't tried under TADA, since it defines him as a terrorist. Here the case is different, Renukaswamy is not a saint, having a 5 months pregnant wife and sending lewd message itself is a crime and upon that he was stupid in half to come all the way to meet them to Bangalore. What was he thinking??? Dharshan would have warned and hit him and left the place but all her supporters and gang members would have hit him and unfortunately he died. The problem with Dharshan was in involvement in destroying the evidence and also fabricating evidence which is punishable. Media as usual is against Dharshan and trying to project Renukaswamy as a saint and Dharshan as Devil. While dharshan's act is not justified and certainly deserves a trial and punishment if proven guilty. But the media now is hyping it and doing a media trail.
