Leap is for supporting phantom. Since theres only 2 phantoms in the team so one has to be the support. easier for me because i just have to coordinate with bishop for my leap cooldown. MDC (Max) PDI (Max) FD (Max) additional atk+

Venom should be better if you are already hitting cap.

i am a pathfinder with PA-30000 and HP 85000 without buffs. Do you think I can survive and do arkarium?

For Ark, it is recommended to have 125k HP / 35k PA . But of course if you have people to take you in to carry you then it wont be an issue.
