Placement of the handwash basin just outside the Master Bedroom is very awkward and not ideal. Also the cost of making this size Kitchen at 3.5 lac is not justified. Seemed like owners had too much money and did not bargain. You could get such kitchen for 1 lac less easier and within 2 lac also.
