No bro, unfortunately because Arma is poorly optimized, you play on ultra or low and it doesn't even make a difference, what really makes a noticeable difference in your fps is the rendering distance of objects and shadows

The NVG is part of my preset, just press "N" with a night vision goggle equipped, do not use the ACE's NVG

Why? The game is already poorly optimized and hardly gets high fps rates, the motion blur helps to give a "softening" to the image, I don't see a reason to deactivate

Start by downloading the mods from Steam, there are a lot of quality things there, and some others are not on Steam, as they are ripped files from other games and things like that, but they are also very easy to install, and you can get them in discord groups.
