Hi lhapa la please don’t neglect your health if you wanted to see your son speak and grown! Pain are symptoms of underlying health issues. If you treated at beginning many of illnesses can be treated. You need be patient with diagnosis process and it take time to pinpoint exact issues. I saw two of my distance relative lost to cancer and full aware of issues from beginning to end !

It's a sign that you may be suffering from a gall bladder attack. The symptom shows the sharp pain on the shoulder part and cramps on the stomach area. Check ultra sound to confirm. I had the same experience and later went for lapsorcopic surgery.

I think you have gallstones, the pain you are experiencing in your chest and back may be from the stone(s) creating the pain. I went to the hospital with the exact same symptoms and they had to surgically remove a stone that was stuck in my tract creating the pain. The cause of my stones was greasy food and dietary choices. It’s hard as Tibetans to stay away from delicious (unhealthy) foods, good luck to you.

I know u r very dedicated mom but be Careful living him alone in bath tub. There is so much bad incident happens in bathroom. Just be cautious, just giving heads up.
