I pray you can find strength with the AA family when chit really hits the fan. I have found a really great group of misfits in a very small town. After all we are all struggling with something. I thank God for AA member's. No matter how many times you go out, they always welcome you with open arm's.

I have a very addictive personality. I was able to put down Alcohol before it came a real problem. Food and Depression as well as some other issues- character defects like sloppiness, but especially Food- that I can't put down. I have a serious eating disorder-Binge Eating Disorder. Unfortunately, I find there is much more of a sense of Fellowship and helpfulness to fellow members IN AA and NA, than there is in OA.

Thousandth time reading I always hear something different . “Group that wouldn’t normally be together” didn’t sit right in book that teaches unity, we are all one and meant to be together. The other about finding s sponsor “must be no axes to grind, no lectures to endure, no attitude of Holier than thou” yet we see people rebuild their whole ego on AA superior so much better you are the more time you have, bragging about how many sponsees, or commitments or anything they can pat themselves on the back for. This program is falling off the rails. People working there own program not outlined in the text. Everything should be for the newcomer to give them hope and inspire them to show them this is for you we are here so you can live. 2497 days clean I hope you too are alive to serve the hopeless and doomed we pray God saves them❤
