When you loan youngsters. You should play them in a few matches so their form improves 'good'. Once the player gets that you should loan them out. So when they get loaned out they'll get game time at the club due to their form, which will improve their overall by A-LOT In a short time.

You need to buy Kimmich ASAP, he can blend in as a defensive mid, a right back, or even an attacking mid if your up to it, hes the entire fricking lot, he fits perfectly into barcelonas system, and you 100% need him. I would also suggest getting Jonathan Tah at cb, we need some more physical players on the ball, i think he would fit into barcas system perfectly. Frimpong would also be an ideal choice, but we would be piling to much on right backs. Balde needs to get some time off as a left back, because currently hes our only real ideal choice, bring in a certain Josko Gvardiol in and i think he would be good. Attack i think lewandowski needs more time, hes also been doing really good this season. Top scorer in laliga, already has lots of good players to supply him crosses, we know what he can do. What we need to do ASAP is to sell ferran, he doesn't do ANYTHING for us, he was decent last season, but now that we have olmo, he is of no use to us, get us a jamal musiala, or atleast a nico williams to play as either a winger or a central midfielder. Give young players minutes here, and minutes there, but we need to rely a lot on selling bad players, and bringing in good ones that would fit into our system. We need to amplify our squad depth 100%, a big thing that causes clubs like real madrid and man city to succeed is squad depth, they have a replacement for EVERYONE No Kyle Walker? Thats fine, they have rico lewis, No gvardiol? We have Ake. No Phil Foden? Thats fine, we have bernardo silva, NO BERNARDO SILVA? WE HAVE JEREMY DOKU etc etc, another thing, lamine needs to have a player that would sub in for him, hes incredibly young and needs to rest alot, you saw what happened to pedri, gavi, fati, etc, we cannot let the same thing happen with lamine. Not ever. Next thing you have to do is find a replacement goalkeeper for ter stegen. Yes, hes a big legend for the club but he's past his prime, he's a legend, but we can't keeping on relying on him in gk, we need to get someone like Unai SImon, or even Gregor Kobel, they would be good ideal choices (scezneys coming in real life but not in fc 25) Selling de jong was a great choice, he is the most paid player in laliga currently, selling him for over 100 mil is a HUGE steal, so that would make sense. So there we go, these are my suggestions, idk if you'll read all of this but pls try too, this took me a while to write.

Go to a 4-3-3 formation, keep Koundé, if you really want to sell Lewa, buy Viktor Gyökeres, Raphinha on the left and Yamal on the right, for GK buy Diogo Costa, if you want a backup for the GK position buy Anatoliy Trubin, Olmo, Pedro and Gavi on Midfield, Baldé on LB and Koundé on RB, if you want to change Baldé I would strongly recommend Frimpong, the CB duo, Gabriel Magalhães/Saliba and Araujo, keep Cubarsi and develop him until he is experienced enough to be a starter and then sell one of the CB, if you buy Gabriel sell Gabriel because at the point he will be a lot on the market and he is 26 right now, depending how far you go he can be 30+, making Cubarsi come in in that moment where he is aging is perfect, if not Gabriel sell Araujo who is 25, as midfield backup it’s good to have Fermin, Antonio Nusa and Pablo Torre, if in doubt keep Casado and Bernal as well and keep Fati, that’s all, very long but that’s everything I can do.
