You never realised this but, there is a thing called "tactics" in the new career mode that you can chose how the playstyle of the player is like and you can go to tactics as soon as you enter the formation you'll see ontop there is something called "tactics" hope that helped :'3

The training plans are basically just an automation so that if you set all out energy for if their energy level is under 30 it will prioritize them gaining back energy quickly, and then if you had set sharpness to 60 that means if the sharpness was under that it would automatically flag it, to give him automatic training and raise that sharpness. So I set mine up in a way so that it prioritizes energy and then once the energy is restored in between days, it automatically starts a performance plan and raises sharpness. Easy.

If you want to improve thatdefense, you can sign someone like Scalvini, as he is a Young, versatile defender with excellent composure and defensive IQ. Fits Milan’s tradition of developing Italian talent. And he can fit in your system Hey!
